Technology and Knowledge Transfer on Solar Energy and Energy Storage
The Solar Tech project aims to transfer technology and knowledge in the field of solar energy and energy storage to the business sector, through the Chair of Renewable Energies (CER) at the University of Évora. In particular, the intention is to transfer and promote the following technological lines:
-Solar photovoltaic technology associated with high power pumping or irrigation systems for agriculture and services;
-Solar thermal systems based on CPC (Concentrated Parabolic Compound) type solar concentrators for the production of process heat at medium temperature (100 ° C-250 ° C) for integration in industrial applications;
-Photovoltaic systems for energy production in residential or service applications using advanced batteries, with intelligent energy management and integration in the electrical network.
